The bartender calls me “love”
your restaurant service is horrible, if any service at all. I wanted breakfast, stood there waiting to get in, no line, one person behind me. The woman at the register just acted like she didn't care. Then when we finally did get seated, no one even showed up to ask if I even wanted coffee. I know I may not be wealthy, and that you all could probably care less about what I'm saying. But there is no excuse for this kind of service. This is the worst service from a "Casino Restaurant" I have ever experienced.

They even sent me a happy Birthday note on Facebook. The only thing that could have made it better is if I would have gotten birthday cake with my awesome steak. The Mew York stake was so thick and juicy. The flavor was perfect.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel in my whole life! It is filthy I fell in the shower because it was so greasy and got a huge black and purple bruise on my leg on January 20th. The staff is soooo rude also. I reserved a double queen room for 3 adults and one baby and they gave us a king and when I called and informed them of the mistake they said all they could do is give us a roll away!
