Superb group of employees at this establishment. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful which makes our 3 night stay here pleasant. The hotel has been having some serious problems with the elevators. The maintenance guys have been working on the 2 elevators for at least a coupe of days now! The casino players club points are very deceiving. The sign located at the players club redemption booth says once a player achieves a certain amount of points on the player card; the player is entitled to free meals. The value of ... read more
Terrible! I'm a truck driver and I stay here from time to time. Most stays have been God but this time was the worst! First, construction has the parking situation all messed up! If you're in a semi, forget parking. You can park, but you'll probably be woken up to move your vehicle. Second, the elevators were broken so to get to your room you had to go back outside, go arou d to the pool, and walk up the fire escape steps. I was placed on the 4th floor...little bit of a hike. We stop at the Pass 2 or 3 times a month to eat and play a little. To night is the first time I've left angry. We were there for an hour before we saw a cocktail waitress and 20 minutes and 40 dollars latter she still hadn't returned with our coffee. She was standing behind the bar with 2 other young ladies, I assume a bartender and another server, they were having a good time talking and drinking what appeared to be coffee. We like the Casino but they took out all the dollar machines (coin) that were always busy. We found three dollar machines over in the restaurant area.
El buffet,muy caro y la comida muy mala,la carne dura,no hay mucha variedad
It was a little old fashion, not much gaming Avaiable..food was ok in the buffet..beverage server was very nice..
The DiSimones Steakhouse was amazing! Friendly staff, great eats, excellent win list! The honey butter for the breads was such a pleasant surprise Ribeye... yum and also creamed spinach! Salad was amazing, it was a fantastic evening! I will be back!!!

Dinner in DeSimones Steakhouse was excellent. Service was great from maitre'd Dhamel (forgive spelling), server Justin and helper extraordinaire Maria. Food was great. Pricing was appropriate. Will be returning for sure.
