Went here for lunch while in the area on business. Holy cats! Awesome, awesome REAL BBQ. I grew up in the OK/TX area and live in southwestern Indiana now. I miss real BBQ and Railhead delivered the goods. I had the chopped brisket sandwich. So, so good and smoky and seasoned to perfection. And then the fries... I'm not usually a French fry lover, but these were out of this world good! No frozen mushed up quasi potato, these heavenly delights are made fresh on site. I can't wait to go back!
Disappointed in the way the food server handled the food, he had no gloves on, used his bare hands and wiped his sweat while preparing a sandwich with the bun still in his hand . . Sausage was cold & dry, the only thing I enjoyed was the beer.
