I loved it...fast and courteous service...small complaint...I don't like burnt food...so it was a little burnt but that won't stop me from visiting again...all the way from Chicago...���

Might have just been the time of day but my brisket was very dry and sliced so thick you had to shred it to eat. The potato salad is some of the best I ever ate but the coleslaw like the meat was dry, must have ran out of mayo.

We were there on Sunday for a private party, the Retired Ft. Worth Police, and we were treated so well and graciously. The food was excellent!! The most tender and tasty ribs ever.......Brisket was cooked to perfection. I wasn't crazy for the turkey but I'm sure that's just a personal preference. We like meat!!! haha. Thank you to the Railhead for hosting us once again this year.....We so appreciated your hospitality.

Beer is so cold it turns into a beer smoothie. All the meats are fabulous. A large fries will feed 10.
