I was waiting to pick someone up.. it's well lit at night , they could use a intercom system to alert the staff that you're outside to pick someone up... There is no one available at the window ... No communication...

Very rude staff. The social worker is very rude and unprofessional . No customer service at all. All they care about is getting a check and leaving on time. Please do not go here, find a center that cares about their patients. All this staff does is gossip about their patients and talk on their cell phones. The social worker has a nasty attitude and needs to be replaced asap. So sad this facility confirmed we are in the last days. Regret ever choosing it.
