Not a very good experience here- expect balance billing for office visits during your dialysis sessions. The doctors graduated med school in foreign countries which I don’t think they have as much credibility and trained to the same high standards as the world class med schools here. Dr. Wanich and Dr. Yassa just read lab reports to you for about $320 monthly which is not necessary. I never asked for them to talk to me about my labs. The Doctors are wonderful but the office staff and dialysis nurses are sterile. This company as a whole is nothing but a puppy mill. I have been doing this for long time from state to state and these facilities are the worst. The Doctors listen to you but their not listening. I realize the Doctors in Brevard are quick to write a prescription rather you ask or not without testing. What’s wrong with the staff here when session after session I am told that patients are freezing cold and leaving so cold that they feel sick. I am told that people are wearing blankets and jackets and suffering from the low temperatures in the dialysis room while the staff ignores their request to please not turn down the a/c so low.
