Dr Rai removed my gallbladder and the experience was 100% positive. He explained things very well and is very organized and did a great job. I’ve had no side effects or any problems. Just had my final follow up and all is well. He’s such a pleasant man I really enjoyed speaking with him during all my appointments.
Dr. Rai does have a great bedside manner! He was able to get me in quickly and still take the time to thoroughly explain what the plan was and all the risks. He visited me after surgery to see if I needed to spend a night in the hospital. He called me within a few days to see how I was doing. He placed me on the right precautions to ensure proper healing after my surgery. He made the right call to postpone some procedures so that I could heal from the main procedure. Very personable! Does a great job at explaining the procedure, Very tentative and does everything himself- he does not have a nurse in the office- a huge plus he is available to do surgery at both Providence and Regional hospital.
Dr Rai was very helpful and efficient with helping me deal with my Herina. Communication was very good and surgery was scheduled quickly.
Dr Rai was the best!!! very patient oriented, thorough, kind and funny. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good surgeon!!!
