My opinion - Go somewhere else!!!..Staffing - Understaffed, Improper training. Staff that does not speak English that are dealing with dementia patients. Staff sleeping on the job. Medical neglect. Theft of personal items. Loved one in dirty clothes often even though their laundry is supposed to be done onsite. Loved one fell several times. No staffing to make sure if your loved one gets up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night that they don't fall and break a leg. The contract is a joke. They never go outside. Neglectful, inexperienced staff. Our family deeply regrets placing our loved one with them. Too many issues with this home to list.
Great and friendly owners and caregivers. Love being around the Rai angels team.
Team at Rai Angels takes good care of their inmates. Excellent senior's home. Keep it up guys...!
