I followed my husband to Dr.O! He is kind and makes real effort to listen. His whole team works so well together! Who likes the dentist? I DO!
This place has been mistakenly texting me to "confirm my appointment." I texted back after the first one to say hey, wrong number, please correct your records. No reply from them, and the texts keep coming. So today I actually phoned them, to ask again that they please stop texting me. I wasn't happy, but I was polite and civil, which is more than I can say for the rep I reached.
