Felt very rushed
Very pleased with doctor and associates, treated very well during all my visits.
He probably has too many patients. He is too famous. He is always in a rush, always passing on my questions to his assistants who can only provide textbook information and are inconsistent in their answers. Each appointment, he always said I am with another patient, I am late, backing up, another patient is having an emergency, etc.as if I were not entitled to the appointment. Once, I prepared 3 questions in writing to facilitate his reply when he stepped in. He brushed the sheet aside saying that the most important thing no... read more
Dr Pandit is an excellent doctor. He is always ready to listen patiently to all your complaints. He treats you with great respect. He has been my doctor since last 10-12 years. I would highly recommend him.
I was with Dr Pandit for couple year Loved his services. He found & corrected my no other Dr would try.. I trust him. But change since he don’t take my Champ Va Tricare Insurance. I’m sad no praying to find someone that is caring & as Good as he is.
I first visited Dr Pandit a couple years ago due to being on high doses of steroids that increased the pressure on both eyes. Very professional Dr. Office staff very caring and professional. The rest is history. I have referred several family members. Some has had recent cataract surgeries And all went well with surgery. Will definitely refer others.
I had a horrible experience with Dr. Pandit. I do not recommend him at all. He is an extremely arrogant doctor but my bigger issue is that an error was made with coding my eye exam to my insurance company and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to have his office correct this error. What a complete nightmare. I hope nobody else has this experience especially since there are so may amazing doctors in Houston.
Dr Pandit had been my 84 year old Mom's eye Dr for some 3+ years. During that time she has been care for well by most standards. However the practice has a real assembly line mentality. I will say he knows his stuff medically and that is important but so is treating patience and their family with respect and a bit of empathy. During a transplant surgery on Tues this week they screwed things up.everything from schedule to who were were before and after.
As a physician I'm very observant of the habits, practices and styles of my own docs. Dr. Pandit is very, very careful and excellent in all aspects. Exactly the kind of physician I want taking care of me and the sort of MD I hope to emulate. Highly recommended and without hesitation. steve meltzer, md
