Dr. Pandit was wonderful. He explained the procedure, answered my concerns and put me at ease regarding the surgery.
Dr Pandit is very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and excellent communicator regarding plan of care.

Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor was disappointing. His bedside manner was severely lacking, which made the overall experience uncomfortable. I would not recommend him to others based on this interaction. It might be helpful for him to work with a patient liaison—someone who can bridge the gap in communication and ensure patients feel heard, informed, and respected.
