Excellent pre-op consultation, surgery scheduling, and my actual hip replacement surgery through Dr. Banerjee, his team, and Miriam. I was apprehensive about surgery, but Dr. Banerjee and his PA spent time answering my questions and explaining the procedure. My help tells me that excellent work was done! I’m not a fan of the NTOS phone so system and the difficulty of getting directly to someone on Dr. Banerjee’s team. Miriam makes it easy to speak with her.
I definitely recommend him, he will spend quite enough time to listen the patient and he explained well about my concerns, but the waiting time is little long
