I called Rahns first thing in the morning because I had an emergency situation with a mom locked out of the house and a daughter (me) who was in a bind and couldn’t be there. Rahn was professional and told me his time table and price. Rahn was able to help our family out of a tight situation and did it with amazing customer service. 10/10 would recommend. I hope I never lock myself out of anything but I know who I am calling if I do.
Darryl was so helpful in an emergent, dementia related situation. Came for a quote in <30 minutes, and back to get to work in <60 minutes. He rearranged his schedule to make sure my friend was safe and secure ASAP. Rahn's will be the only locksmith I'll recommend from now on!
Darryl came to my rescue even after I broke down on the phone! I was having the worst week and locking my keys in my apt was the last thing I needed! He was at my apt within 10 minutes and got my in right away! Seriously the nicest guy and made me feel better about everything even though he just helped me into my apartment. Darryl Rahn runs his business with customer service as his motive rather than profit. I trust him more than most all businesses I have worked with. Yesterday I called him about having him service a very old lock that I was having trouble removing and replacing. He asked me several questions and gave me a suggestion about how to remove the lock. Darryl is an amazingly kind and knowledgeable locksmith! I called on Saturday to have locks changed in our home on Monday. He asked all the right questions to be able to get the job done and even offered to come right away, making sure I'd feel safe over the weekend. He did an excellent job rekeying 6 locks and adjusting a plate so the deadbolt would fit again! His prices are incredibly reasonable. I'll be recommending him to everyone.
