Rahn is wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable! I brought in a PC case from Thermaltake (the Tower 600 model), which he’d never seen in person before. Despite that, he dissected and rebuilt it effortlessly. He worked quickly while teaching me about my case and PC components as I watched him reassemble everything. I recommend **not** building your PC yourself—let Rahn handle it instead. Eric was super helpful and educated me on what was wrong with my pc. My issue wasn’t 100% resolved but I can’t blame Eric, it was due to my faulty hardware and lack of budget. He immediately pointed out that I had a bad cpu cooler and offered to replace with a standard cpu fan cooler and had fair pricing. Then went on to clean my computer and clean up the rats nest of cable management I created. Eric went above and beyond to try and help me with my broken monitor. He genuinely cared about my experience with them and did his best to find me the best alternative to my unrepairable monitor! (He even researched and sent me links to affordable alternatives to my monitor) He was friendly, and very responsive and informative with everything that he told me. I would 100% come back and recommend this company!
