Bengali sincerely cares. He called personally to check up on me after injections. He reassures you on the plan and expectations. Just a wonderful doctor and great staff

Initially provides a lot of hope for pain management but afterwards, I have seen a different provider every time. Have requested to talk with Dr. Bengali about long term treatment plan since the cortisone shots offer no long term solution. Impossible to confer with Dr. Bengali himself. Does not seem to be any long term treatment plan. Dr's are delinquent in sending pain medication prescriptions. Telephonically contact results in voicemail only with no return calls. Called the office 5 times to get a routine monthly refill on a pain prescription. They never responded to me or my pharmacy which sent the request. Weekend comes up — no pain pills. Will this medicine ever get refilled? How am I supposed to know? If you don’t mind this kind of thoughtlessness and disregard for patients’ well-being when it comes to the simplest, most routine medical office matter, then this is the place for you.
I just finished lower back pain treatments. For the first time, in a long time, I can sleep in any position without pain or discomfort. Three injection sessions in L4. Very happy with my Pain Doc (how he is listed in my contacts). Side note, the young lady that checked me in each time was super nice.
After waiting for over a month (their scheduling) I recently had the first of three Epidural Steroid Injection (ESI) by Dr. Raheel Bengali (Tricity Pain Associates) He injected steroids at around my lumbar spine none of which was into the epidural space as promised, it was extremely painful and provided no relief whatsoever. Great Doctor. Went above and beyond to explain everything that would be happening. Actually talks with you and not down to you. Feels like having a conversation with Dr. Bengali, which put me at ease when it came time for my injections. Highly recommend him.
