Initially provides a lot of hope for pain management but afterwards, I have seen a different provider every time. Have requested to talk with Dr. Bengali about long term treatment plan since the cortisone shots offer no long term solution. Impossible to confer with Dr. Bengali himself. Does not seem to be any long term treatment plan. Dr's are delinquent in sending pain medication prescriptions. Telephonically contact results in voicemail only with no return calls. Wish I could go to a different provider but have invested ti... read more

Called the office 5 times to get a routine monthly refill on a pain prescription. They never responded to me or my pharmacy which sent the request. Weekend comes up — no pain pills. Will this medicine ever get refilled? How am I supposed to know? If you don’t mind this kind of thoughtlessness and disregard for patients’ well-being when it comes to the simplest, most routine medical office matter, then this is the place for you.
