Fantastic race series! I've ran multiple road races and trail races and have had an amazing experience with each one. My direct contact with different people at Ragnar HQ has also been a positive experience every time. If you haven't tried one of these races then you need to.
I've now run 4 times across Cape Cod, cooped up in a van with a bunch of other sweaty runners, and 4 times now, I've finished my Ragnar weekend wishing they were letting us sign up for the next year.
The most unbelievable time you will have with 12 people. I’m addicted!
RecommendedSecond time doing a Ragnar and I really love being able to see the scenery and community of the places we run through. The sportsmanship and camraderie are typically amazing. My only complaint is the “kill” aspect. I think it is distasteful and takes away from the running community where everyone feels welcome. To have someone pass you and say “kill” is discouraging. 99% of people are positive and cheer you on so I am speaking of a minority. Awesome runners and team fun! Nice volunteers - lots of typos in written van directions this year. Dislike some of the leg changes. Miss a scenic leg between 34 and 35.
