I paid 4000.$ for a used motor,2 weeks later it never shipped they stopped replying to my messages and were not answering my calls
We purchased an exhaust from Alex a little over a month ago with ALSO exchanging Ducati Red original fairings. Went to get the exhaust installed by Ducati and was told that the heat shield brackets were snapped off and the can wouldn’t fit. We were sold an exhaust that did not fit the bike after the description clearly stated it would fit. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They got my $4500 a week and a half ago and I still have nothing. Not an email saying it’s been shipped not a trucking number. NOT EVEN AN ANSWER TO MY PHONE CALLS. Terrible customer service. Don’t give them your money
Sold me broken part they claimed was tested, ignored my messages, don't buy from them
