I had the Portuguese Stew, full of shrimp, scallops, fish, and chorizo sausage in a spicy, tomato broth. They serve a good mojito. Our group of 11 had excellent service. The reason for only 4-���� is that there were just 2 entrees, I would order as described.
Great atmosphere and delicious food. We will return.
Hands down my favorite restaurant for a date night, Absolutely love the chicken dish they have and their risotto is the best I've ever tasted. Cant wait to go back!!
My husband and I finally made it to Rafns' this weekend after hearing people gush over it ever since we moved to Salem a year ago. Having explored many other 'fancier' dinner options around Salem, we both agree that Rafns' hands down has the best food! Our dishes were super flavorful and uniquely delicious. And we love that the food is local and the owners are super friendly, hard working people. We will definitely be back for our next fancy date night out!
This restaurant is interesting for a few reasons. Our visit was early on a Saturday night. Almost full. Service leaned towards slow. Food tasty. Dessert unbelievable. My criticism is that the prices are a bit high in relation to quantity of the serving.
