I like Dr. MJ but her staff is a bunch of incompetent people. They never answer or return phone calls. I finally got a callback today from someone (I don’t know who she is), she proceeded to tell me I need to get my records from my ER visit before even scheduling an appointment to see the Dr. Then asked if I have their fax number then the phone got disconnected . (NEVER ATTEMPTED TO CALL ME BACK) I immediately called right back and got an answering service. I am an established patient of hers by the way. I will be looking fo... read more
