I had one of my worst experiences today at this office. My partial denture has not been successful whatsoever and worst of all they charged my insurance card $2,700 that should’ve have gone to my loan, and since January 2025 I’ve been waiting for this to be corrected with no resolution to date. Alba has previously told me she would correct this, but when I tried asking her about this today she practically hid. This is the honest truth so let’s keep it real , when I first walk in I checked in and she said oh we were trying to get a hold of you that she even called from her personal phone for one I don’t answer phone numbers I do not know , she said she texted me to let me know who it was which that was not true or else I would have answered but ok that’s that doing the x rays on my daughters teeth the dental assistant wasn’t very intriguing and not engaging with my daughter who just turned three she simply doesn’t know what u mean ... read more
