Took my Tudor Chrono Panda which I bought from them in Oct of '23 for warranty work in late June, because the manual winding was overly "stiff". I left the warranty card with the watch, and in early August the watch comes back to Raffi's. When my wife goes to pick it up (I'm not in Canada), lo and behold, the warranty card is missing! Julien - the Brand Ambassador - suggested I take the watch, and he would later look into the warranty card issue. One of my favorite jewelers, hands down! I am a very particular collector of timepecies, I enjoy browsing and admiring the craftsmanship of said peices. I will do this many times before committing to a purchase. From the moment I walked into Raffi I felt welcomed. I recently visited Raffi Jewellers’ flagship boutique in Cambridge. Even though Rolex availability is limited, I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Eric took the time to explain the process and answer my questions thoroughly. Excellent customer experience — looking forward to coming back in the future
