Had an amazing experience all around. First spoke with Eric who explained the ins and outs of Rolex, to begin the process. Later worked with Ishaan who took the time to show us multiple brands and we tried on lots of watches and happy to say my wife and I both got something nice. We could not have had a better experience choosing my engagement ring and our wedding rings! I highly recommend Lina who expertly guided us through the whole process over several visits. 1,000+ Days and Counting. Still Waiting. In April 2023, I inquired with Adam Jones at Raffi Cambridge about the Rolex allocation process. I was encouraged to visit the showroom and was told that purchasing other timepieces would help build a relationship and lead to an allocation with some patience.
