Took my Tudor Chrono Panda which I bought from them in Oct of '23 for warranty work in late June, because the manual winding was overly "stiff". I left the warranty card with the watch, and in early August the watch comes back to Raffi's. When my wife goes to pick it up (I'm not in Canada), lo and behold, the warranty card is missing! Julien - the Brand Ambassador - suggested I take the watch, and he would later look into the warranty card issue. I had an excellent experience at the store thanks to Julian. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and share his in-depth knowledge about different watch brands. I really appreciated that he never pushed me to make a purchase and instead focused on helping me find the watch that was truly right for me. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine customer care made the whole buying experience enjoyable. Highly recommend his service — truly outstanding!
Bad AD on loyalty of brand, knowledge and communication I initially contact the Raffi to visit multiple models including explorer1, yacht master, oyster perpetual and 1908. I want to ask for guidance but my language was not good to have bad days. I have wide knowledge of brand history, loyalty and usage but they never ask this to learn or know and communicate to tell or listen to me for my interest. The staff are fantastic! They are all very knowledgeable. They fixed my husband's heirloom necklace flawlessly. And the even polished my rings to a sparkle. I will definitely go back to get anything fixed. Maybe even some new. ☺️☺️☺️☺️
