I don't care how spectacular his products are, I would never buy from this business!! My wife was looking online and fell in love with some of the tiles. After a few emails with the owner, she decided to call, but ended up speaking with Rick (who was a pleasure). During their conversation, the owner kept yelling at Rick: "We don't get involved in installation." No idea why, as we have a company retained for that.
