I used to love this place. Now it has horrible service that is not even close to be balanced out with the food. Server tonight told us TWICE "I see your drinks sitting on the bar, they will be right out". 15 minutes later and still no drinks, she comes to tell us that they are out of milk and can't make our kids chocolate milk, they had given our drinks to another table. The wait staff was great. The food was good. We won't be dining there in the future. It's rather pricey compared to similar restaurants in the area. We ordered a chicken finger platter with fries that my husband and 7 yr old shared ($14.99) and chicken Alfredo (14.99), 1 soda and 2 waters. Total of $36. We could have easily had 3 complete meals with 2 sides each with beverages for $40 at several other top restaurants. I'm just saying explore your options before settling here!
Food was really good but it was a bit pricey in comparison to other similar chains in the area. For 4 adults and a toddler it cost us $105. We normally eat across the street at Texas Roadhouse for around $75. Everything tasted great and our server was attentive but it wasn't enough of a wow factor to bring us back.
Food is always excellent and the service is great such a friendly staff

We have been going to Rafferty’s for decades. Almost always fantastic food and service. I always get the fried mushrooms because they are crispy and the best around but last night they were not as usual. I will be going back soon. If there is any problem I will tell them.
