RecommendedBoy. We had our KBA monthly luncheon yesterday and Rafferty’s was our caterer. What a special treat. The food, the presentation, the team, the professionalism… All on point! Attendance was more than anticipated and yet they were prepared. Also due to the surge in attendance, several KBA team members did not go through the lunch line as they/we were running around tying up loose ends prior to the meeting. We had a great experience. Waiter Vicc describes the making of shrimp and grits deliciously starting with the making of the rue, ham, and grit cakes. I didn’t even know they had this item. It was the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had. Thanks Vicc for the tip on the off menu item.
