Fantastic! Only a few feet off Lake Houston Pkwy but right on the lake. I no longer have to travel all the way to Westheimer for a lovely dining experience. Thank you to the New Manager Adam for making it extra special. I am returning next week with clients and friends.

The location was ok (far in the bushes). The good was very good. I had the rainbow trout with the sherry Brown butter sauce and the gouda Mac. Very tasty! My boyfriend had the run eye with the garlic mashed potatoes. The meat was so tender! Overall the good was well worth it. I think the only issue w had was with the checks. The waitress wrote in the top amount and gave us a different total than what the register calculated. So we all ha 5 anywhere from $5-$13 graffiti written in to our check amount. I'm sure it's better at times. I made the mistake of ordering just a cup of gumbo. Too dark for me. Couldn't enjoy even the 4 bites the cup contained. Please don't blacken the rue. Beautiful place....other food order around me seemed pretty good. Great view I'm sure but we were there after dark. Lighted trees outside pretty. Wait staff awesome. Try it again sometime.
