Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Every visit we make, she always gives her time and makes you feel you're the only patient she sees that day. I dont mind waiting as along as when my turns comes she spend a little more time and we dont feel like we're rushed. She finds time to answer question and does a lot of patient teaching. My whole family feels comfortable with her - - - a real family physician. The office has a very fine and professional staff.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
