Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
