I like to come here sometimes on the weekend for breakfast. It's relaxed and the food is good. The bar at night is nothing special, usually crowded.
Always Disappointing I've been to Rafael's on a few occasion's because my friends insist on going there, though I am not sure why. The first time I went, we had to wait an hour to get seated and we had reservations.

The next time I went with only one other person and we waited 30 minutes at our table for a server to come to us, and they never did. And there was only 1 other table seated. Great food and Atmosphere Rafael's is a great place to dine. The food does not disappoint! I have been there for a great brunch on several occasions as well as dinner several times. It's pleasant atmosphere is relaxing and the service is stellar. The prices are moderate; I would recommend it to anyone. I love to eat out on the deck in good weather. Our County needed a place like Rafael's. Very friendly staff.
First of all the service was horrible. I had to wait an hour for soup and salad. The soup was terrible I wouldn't have eaten it if I wouldn't have been starving waiting an hour for it. The people in the restuarant were extremely loud and jumping around yelling at each other. There was way too many people in the restuarant you couldn't even move. I would not recommend this restuarant at all.

Okay – If you sit on the back deck you have to at times harass the servers to remember you even exsist. We sat for almost an hour waiting for hour food and we didn't even get complimentary appetizers, drinks.etc. I though it was a little strange.
