I am so grateful that Dr. Olivares accepts my Medicare plan. He is very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Answers all questions and concerns. He and staff are an awesome team. Very efficient office. He's been my doctor for a year and I couldn't be happier or healthier!
He is an amazing doctor that spends time with his patients. I have seen him for years and have always been in great hands. The nurses there are kind, caring and professional.
Do NOT go to this doctor. I'm 2.5 months into the new year with a $200 bill just to get my prescription rewritten. It's an over-the-counter heartburn medication which now means I paid $200 for a $5/month discount for this year... Buying it over the counter would have saved me $140. The doctor decided to code my in-person visit (that he required btw...during a pandemic) as a "long (15 minutes max) / speciality" visit while I was under the impression this was my annual checkup. Do not go to this doctor! Not trustworthy.
WARNING! Surprise $250 bill after very first visit to establish new patient care that was supposed to be no copay! Walked out of the office after staff said multiple times there was to be no copay for the visit. At this point I was very happy with my visit. Received a bill weeks later for $250 saying the visit was coded for something different (very confusing for anyone not familiar with medical billing).
