Fantastic bespoke! – I was very impressed w/ the final results of the Duvet cover and the pillow covers. The workmanship was beautiful! I am a first time client & I'm looking forward to working with them again.

GREAT FIND – I found out about Rafael through my designer and I was very pleased. Very easy to work with, GREAT PRICING, and and amazing finished product. My project was not an easy one and they handled it like pros.
Love my Drapes! – My new condo has walls and walls of glass and it felt like a fishbowl. I needed drapes and shades badly!! I set up a consultation with Rafael and they guided me through the entire process. Great design, amazing quality and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks!
Overbudget and Late – I had them reupholster some stuff and they increased the price after they took my couches by 50%. They also said it would take 4-5 weeks and it took 8. Lastly their delivery service didn't show up to pick up my couches on day scheduled so had to wait an extra week. When they delivered the finished product they missed the delivery as well. I'd never use them again.
Great Experiance, Beautiful Stuff – I was recommended to Rafael by a designer friend and was very pleased. A rep from their company met me at my new apartment for a consultation. These guys know what they are doing----I bought motorized solar shades, roman shades and they look like they came out of a magazine!! Great Find!!! – I stumbled upon this shop on my way back from ABC carpet and home and was amazed. They have a great selection. I purchased 2 sets of Matouk sheets--simply amazing! The salesman was very helpful and even gave me a discount! They also sell hunter douglas shades , which I didnt buy yet but will when I save up some dough :) Highly recommended and will come back soon.
Terrible Service - would never use them again – I ordered 6 yards of $250/yard fabric to be Teflon-coated. Rafael's assured me this would take less than 2 weeks with a regular vendor. A month later, after repeat follow up calls, Rafael's finally informed me they lost the fabric (no one had followed up with the vendor even after the two week period). I put in a replacement order, without Teflon-coating because I required it in a hurry. It's been over 2 weeks and still no fabric. Every time I speak to Joey the owner, he says: ... read more
