New Location is fabulous – Rafael's new store on 19th is a breath of fresh air. They just moved into the old Revolution bookstore and after an extensive gut renovation, the place looks so chic! Iron fixtures hang from the original tin ceilings..gorgeous bed linens flank the cabinets. They also have an amazing fabric selection. A must shop in flatiron/union square.
Simply the best – I have been using Rafael for years. I have been designing and renovating my three homes forever. I learned right away that it pays to hire people that know what they are doing. Joey and Morris are pros and handle everything from head to toe. Their hand sewn curtains are fabulous and their motorized shades are amazing. In all I have used them for my NYC apartment, Greenwich home and Miami home and have been pleased and "wow-ed" each time.
Highly Recommended – I just had my motorized shades and curtains installed yesterday and they are amazing! Installers were very professional, quality is top notch! THANKS!
Best Kept Secret – I found Rafael through my buildings concierge service and it has been a great find. They upholstered my walls, in vertical channels with a beautiful velvet. I also had some custom shutters installed and they look great. My apartment looks like it can be in Elle Decor--thanks Rafael!
Brilliant!! – I came into Rafael seeking advice on how to cover my large windows. They came over , measured and scaled out custom curtains. They came to install today and it looks FABULOUS! Rafael did a brilliant job, and made everything in a rush for my holiday party...THANKS!
Great Find, Beautiful Linens.. – I've been buying my linens from Rafael for awhile. They have all the best stuff from Sferra and Matouk. I usually buy their celeste sheets and matouk duvets. Ask for Morris Jr, he is phenomenal.
My Upholstered Furniture Looks Great! – I just used Rafael for some upholstery of some furniture. They were very easy to work with. I upholstered my sofa, which needed a ton of down work, some clubs chairs and my dining room chairs. Everything came out perfect and there estimate came in at 30 percent less then some competitors. My Motorized Shades Are Awesome!! – I ordered motorized shades for my new apartment as a rush and these guys came through. My shades were installed less then 2 weeks and work perfectly. There installers are pros and programmed everything as per my needs. A++++
These guys are pros – I found Rafael through my designer. They met me at my apartment for a consultation. They walked me through the process, scaling everything out and designing my shades and drapes. I was very happy with the experience and my curtains look fabulous.
