For my 25th birthday I wanted a cake replicated of one that I had from another local baker a couple years ago. My mom went into Rafael’s and had the best experience! Not only did he replicate what the cake looked like on the outside, he made it EVEN better with quality ingredients and the flavor was top notch!!! The cake was a vanilla with mango mousse filling and mango glaze on top, lady fingers around the outside � We won’t go to anyone else again if we need a cake!
