Dr. Allende gave me my life back and I am forever grateful! After months and months of doctors not listening and treating me like a number, I finally found my way to Dr. Allendes office. Everyone there is extremely kind and patient. Dr. Allende doesn't rush, he listens. He cares. He took time with me while also making sure I got taken care of quickly. I needed to have spinal surgery. My Neurologist said Dr. Allende is the one I would go to. But, he is also a Emergency Neurosurgeon, so it may take time to get to him. I am SO glad I had him do my surgery!! His Office staff and Nurse Denise are terrific also! I had surgery on Oct. 7 and my husband took me out on a date on Oct. 17th!!
I love Dr. Allende! He spent over an hour with me, explaining everything and making sure I understood my condition and treatment options. He's a very caring doctor. I'm so glad I went to him and I know my treatment will be the best outcome. His staff is wonderful, too. Respectful and friendly. Highly recommend him!
Front desk is extremely rude. Sad that the Dr may be an excellent Dr. but didn’t have a chance to schedule because the young lady Kayla was extremely rude. Wouldn’t want to deal with that nasty ness becoming a patient. If you work with customer service I would think you would be more pleasant to speak with.
