Terrible office to deal with, staff does not get back to you, Makes you jump through hoops to get paper work. 2 months and no call back after getting them everything they needed. This delay was totally unprofessional and never calling me back unless I called them 2 months later is unreasonable. Leaving a patient in pain hanging is total disregard for a patients care. Dr. Allende gave me my life back and I am forever grateful! After months and months of doctors not listening and treating me like a number, I finally found my way to Dr. Allendes office. Everyone there is extremely kind and patient. Dr. Allende doesn't rush, he listens. He cares. He took time with me while also making sure I got taken care of quickly. I needed to have spinal surgery. My Neurologist said Dr. Allende is the one I would go to. But, he is also a Emergency Neurosurgeon, so it may take time to get to him. I am SO glad I had him do my surgery!! His Office staff and Nurse Denise are terrific also! I had surgery on Oct. 7 and my husband took me out on a date on Oct. 17th!!
I love Dr. Allende! He spent over an hour with me, explaining everything and making sure I understood my condition and treatment options. He's a very caring doctor. I'm so glad I went to him and I know my treatment will be the best outcome. His staff is wonderful, too. Respectful and friendly. Highly recommend him!
