Went in there today the girl didn't seem to know too much. I was looking for a product to help my skin graft that I had a long time ago cuz it's irritated. I just wish you would carry stuff like this because it's hard to find in stores. I was over in Bartow having lunch with a friend and visiting my son and grandkids and thought I'd stop in. I wish you luck in your store. I just didn't find what I needed

Very disappointing how I was treated today 4/18/2025. Older lady with darker hair was very rude. The younger girls were very polite. I made an online order for a loaf of soap & when I went to pick up she had such a nasty attitude because my mother in law didnt want a cut loaf she wanted it just the way I ordered not cut. She kept saying well its not easy to cut its hard and telling me its a no return policy if she cant cut it. Ive been purchasing the loaf once a month & yet to have a issue cutting them. The store is tight for a person with a scooter due to balance issue. I wasn’t able to get into the establishment. It is not handicap accessible! I really hate I did not have an opportunity to go into the actual premises.

I purchased the soap bars last year from the store in Bartow. Love them. I recently placed an order online because I ran out and needed more. My order was suppose to arrive Friday, but never did. It ended up in NJ, still there. I emailed Rafa Natural and they placed a replacement order and I received it today with a hand written note. I appreciate their quick response and resolution.
