This place has some great selections, excellent food, great service, and a really cool atmosphere. You think you're lost getting here. It's nestled back in the woods in a residential area. When you're sure you are lost - go another 100 yards and you're there. I'd go back.
GREAT food, GREAT service! Will definitely go back!
We go for lunch a lot~ Everything is delicious. Last night George ordered scallops wrapped in bacon and I had grilled salmon and both were delicious....We love the salad, we order a large one for lunch sometimes...
We came into your restaurant on our vacation from Washington state. We were seated and waited for 20 minutes with no waiter/waitress to help us. 2 men walked in and were seated and were promptly asked about drinks. You came highly recommended, and unfortunately we will not recommend this restaurant to our friends--especially our golfing friends. The Masters was happening when we were there.
No food snobbery here, just great execution on their chosen theme. One of Augusta's best hidden treasures. Packed house on a Tuesday of Master's week and still cranking out deliciousness!
I really liked the atmosphere and we had a great waiter. However, the food was horrible. We got the trilogy (mahi mahi, chicken and coconut shrimp) and the shrimp & grits. Chicken was tough and overcooked, very dry. Coconut shrimp were overcooked. My grits were runny and undercooked. Very disappointed. We were hoping this could be our new "place" but the food ruined it and the prices for poor food made it worse.
The special that night, the she crab soup, was outstanding. My friends ate the salmon and Jamaican Jerk short ribs and delighted in it all. Service was timely and friendly, and the atmosphere was exactly what I want in a hideaway restaurant like that. I will return every time I'm in Augusta.
