THEY WILL KEEP YOU THERE JUST TO BILL YOU! My son obviously needed stitches. They were told this before checking in. Instead of telling us they do not provide that service, they chose to check us in, make us wait in the waiting room for 2 hours, then look say yes he needs stitches and send us to the ER! They were shown at check in (you could clearly see the cut was large and all the way to the bone). It was obviously something that could not be glued. I would have loved to give a better rating because the staff were nice and very helpful but reason of my one star review is because I took my toddler here because he had trouble breathing and had a bad cough and high fever. As soon as we got there they didn’t do much, just gave him Tylenol for his fever and told me the breathing would get better and let us go.That same night I had to call the ambulance because my baby was a bit unresponsive. Getting to the hospital he was diagnosed with Croup and needed a breathing treatment... read more

My son’s heart condition requires us to visit his cardiologist routinely. The staff is always helpful and kind. They treat him with respect and do their best to explain everything in ways he and I both understand. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but they seem to try their best to minimize as much as possible.
