We traveled one hour to have the appointment for my son and we got delayed due to huge traffic. We got delayed by 10 mins from the appointment time. As per rule, we have to reschedule the appointment if we are late by 15 mins. The doctor did not thought of seeing and asked to reschedule . So, total 2 hours wasted for us for just being 10 mins late. The doctor should be more flexible and listened. Its was for full eye test , so the doctor does not need to be there for whole 2 hours. Had to bring my daughter to Rady's urgent care today, and I was pleasantly surprised to be the only ones here. The nurses here are quick, efficient, and very friendly! They will not make you wait with your kid for hours on end! I highly recommend bringing your kids here if in need of urgent but not emergency care!!
It’s a joke, they give you an appointment and two hours later and we are still Waiting.
To be honest, I saw the ratings and felt discouraged but when we had arrived the staff and doctors received us well and quickly. Dr. Matthew Pierce was so kind and knowledgeable. His reassurance was supporting and I am grateful for the service my family received.
I was hesitant to bring my son here when he was having a lingering viral infection just because of the bad reviews. I was expecting a bad experience but it was the complete opposite. The lady checking us in was very sweet and so were the receptionists, nurses and the doctor (Dr.Todd). We got there at 6:45 and left within an hour. The doctor was very thorough, nice and playful with my son during the exam. I didn’t have a bad experience at all and would definitely come back if need be.
