Violently swabbed my childrens' noses because it was almost closing time. They screamed out in agony, and the doc showed no remorse. Incorrectly advised it wasn't possible for them to have the flu AND strep simultaneously, but both tests came back positive. We switched to Kaiser and love them!!!
Wow. So my sister just asked the doctor to do a flu test because my nephews have been sick for like 5 days with a fever! And the doctor is pissed, because it's close to closing time, and totally ignored my sister when she thanked her for running the test. AND GET THIS she VIOLENTLY SHOVES the flu test up their nose with no remorse as they cry out in agony. She totally hurt them on purpose because she was mad. SMH UPDATE:: The doctor was WRONG. when you can't make it in to your child's pediatrician because it's after hours (and the extended hours locations are closed), this is the place to go. I've been here TONS of times since my children were born and they have always received the best care. All the nurses are super sweet, and the doctors are awesome, too! If it's not an emergency, and you want to avoid take your kids to the ER, head here first.
