Wonderful environment, made the diagnostic process fun for my son. He didnt seem to know he was at a doctors office and wasn't scared at all which for us, is huge. He is typically very leary of strangers but due to her expertise and gentle approach my son warmed up to her right away. Dr. Bacon is kind patient and very knowledgeable. If you do not have to go here for speech therapy do not do it. Authorization was put in December 2021 and an evaluation was completed March 2022. Service still has not started and it is May 2022. The authorize is going to expire and service has never started.I now have to go back to my doctors office to have a new authorization put in. I understand a delay but this is absolutely unacceptable. I've been trying to get an appointment here for months and they keep telling me they will call me back and never do. Called today waited 10 mins on hold the woman was not able to help so she transferred me to a supervisor. Went to voicemail and didnt here back. While you wait they play music and a recording that they are dedicated to exceed expectations and pride themselves on helping but this is upsetting. We were referred in March and it's now July.
