We had a terrible experience with Radon Squad, Inc. After a convincing sales pitch, we signed on the dotted line. From there things went downhill. The installation was completed, but the quality of work and materials used was poor. When we asked for our concerns to be addressed, Tim Ross (owner) came to check it out. They were n time and honest.
The installer was amazing. On time, excellent work, communicated well; however, the originally quoted work could not be completed as planned and the actual project took much less time, labor, and materials. The original quote was at the highest end of the spectrum for this job and I negotiated a small discount. When I discussed the actual job compared to the quoted job with Tim, I also asked if my cost would reflect the actual materials used and time to complete the job.
