I have contacted them several times over the past three years asking for a switch to be installed for the radon system that they put in my house . They told me a couple of times that they would come and do that. I left several messages and have not received any response. Now here it is three years later and they still have not installed the switch that their invoice states was installed. The fan is very loud in one of the bedrooms and I am not able to use that as a bedroom because of the noise. Very disappointed
Very friendly and professional, did a excellent job. Went above and beyond what you would expect someone to do. I would recommend him highly to anyone.
Provided excellent service! Drove 200 miles to help us with our radon problem when no other company would even call us back... then they were willing to drive back again when we thought there was a problem! Luckily it was an unrelated easy fix, but I was so impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction that I just had to share my experience! You just don't get service like that anymore. Reasonably priced, too. Thank you Mike and Paul!
