We recently hired Radon & Mold Professionals to perform a mold inspection and air quality sampling for a mold issue we discovered in our kitchen. We’re very impressed with their assessment and knowledge that helped us understand and identify what was causing the mold; the extent of the water damage and mold, as well as recommendations of having it remediated, which was also provided within a very detailed report. We highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage and mold issues, they’re very professional!

I was so impressed with John's attention to detail and thorough inspection and subsequent detailed report and pictures the first time I hired him; It was quite comprehensive. Unfortunately I had to hire him again for another house I rented for mold related issues so I became a repeat client. I recently hired John to assess if mold was in my apartment. He was so thorough! Now I understand why so many of his reviews mention his thoroughness, he truly is:-) I wrote down a list of questions for him the day of the inspection. He was so patient answering each one. John is the best of the best!!! No one should hire a remediation company before hiring a 3rd party independent mold tester like John who can (1) provide ideas on the local remediation companies get the best results (because they do before/after testing on their work!) and (2) who can give an assessment of mold damage without bias (because they aren't going to do the clean up) and (3) who can act as an umpire who is "in your court" when you work with a remediation company.
