I reached out to Radon and Mold Professionals when I learned the intake vent was completely detached from the central air conditioner at my parent’s house in Bonita. We were concerned the air quality was compromised having direct exposure to the earth under the house where a duct should have been. John was just great! He explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I have never been through a mold issue before and felt very under educated about the whole thing, John made everything make sense, I totally trusted him as a professional, and a new friend. If I had any questions he told me to just call him, and he meant it because I DID call him on a few questions and he put all of my uncertainty to rest, I wouldn't do any project of this magnitude with out him, and his company. He is simply the best!
Cannot recommend enough. John Cosgrove did thorough inspections and was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions. You could tell he actually cared and went above and beyond my expectations.
We recently had a very positive experience working with John Cosgrove. What struck me most was his thoroughness. We had concerns about certain areas. He went into all areas, took pictures and samples of all potentially affected places, and found traces of mold where we would not even consider looking. One of the most important reasons for the inspection was to figure out why the mold appeared. John suggested several options for why that might be happening, all of which look very logical.
