Just outstanding. Fred made the initial visit and we discussed placement of the system which we were both on the same page about. My radon levels were no where near very high but still just over the limit and we decided to proceed to install a mitigation system considering the plans to finish the basement. I had a very good experience with Radon Diagnostic Services. They were recommended to me and they returned my call quickly, came out to take a look at my home beforehand, no silly or pushy sales tactics from them, they sent me a fair quote quickly, set up a time to do the radon mitigation install, showed up on time, and professionally, cleanly, and efficiently handled the install with no b.s. Our buyer's agent recommended Radon Diagnostic Services, and from our first call and visit with Co-Owner Fred Ghilarducci, we knew the job was in good hands. Co-Owner Jeff Burwell and Ryan did the installation, and together we worked out the best possible location to place the system to keep it as unobtrusive as possible.
