Currently work here, but not for long. Management likes to micro manage. You will find that it's fairly easy to be put on a final written. they expect you to do more work with no extra pay. You can move up in tiers. The highest is 4 and the pay is decent but the stress of your work being constantly watched and not picked at won't be worth it. Look at it this way. The hiring process was pretty easy. I had one of the best trainers who unfortunately quit almost a year ago so I don't know how the training is now. Since working there from last March I'm about to go onto my 4th supervisor, if I have to say the worst part. It's the amount of times they have moved us around in such a short period of time. The work was difficult at first but after some time you will get used to it. Radnet is the only call center with a tier program from 1 to 4. And this can be achievable with discipline. DO NOT WORK HERE! I was going to go in one of their job fairs and I saw highly inappropriate outfits being worn by both applicants and workers and I went home! This is beyond unprofessional!!!!! Corporate needs to come and clean house! This is unacceptable! It’s a place of work, NOT A STRIP CLUB! NEVER WORK THERE!
