This place is so unorganized they have canceled and rescheduled me like 3 times due to their mistakes! The first time my referral was not done correctly and they waited until the day of the appointment to let me know. Then I get rescheduled in another location and they too cancel my appointment again. The third time I called to confirm my appointment and to make sure everything on my referral was correct and they tell me I'm at the wrong location when whoever I spoke to clearly said it was the location on Day street. Telling me I don't qualify for Family time leave and won't give me a reason why. Knowing my mom is very ill they gave me two ultimatums of either resigning or give them a specific date when I would go back to work. They didn't give me time to think about and I just told them I resigned because my family comes first and my mom is on hospice. All they cared about was for me to sign paperwork to make it formal. Never in my life thought Radnet was like that. They under pay employees, no raises or over worked at times.

As a Disabled Veteran living over 40 miles from a VA Hospital, the Veterans Administration authorized a company TriWest Healthcare Alliance to coordinate services with outside providers for these Veterans. Every Time I was sent to this company, they demanded a fax from TriWest, some cases, I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room, waiting for the fax. Another cutthroat company that chooses to screw customers with turning us over to collections when they don't get their money. No notifications from Radnet other than siccing a collection company on you and messing up your credit report. They put the effort into working with a collections agency to give you long term negative roadblocks on your finances but 0 effort in to getting it resolved in a more intelligent way. If I could give 0 stars I would. 1. they purchased a facility that I had the same exact procedure done 2 months earlier (just before they purchased it) and the cost was increased by 70% 2. I was then told to dispute it and spent 3 months trying to do so for them to ultimately tell me that I can't dispute it through them and needs to be done through my insurance carrier 3. The Radnet billing department for months now has remained elusive. They were very adamant about sending threatening notices about a bill which my health provider was actually responsible for, and eventually paid Radnet for AFTER I submitted a payment in fear of credit collections. Since they have been doubly paid they have been triply incommunicado. Neither by phone message or email have they responded to my health care provider or my requests for a refund.
