Terrible management. Inept staff. Waste of time. Doesnt even deserve one star.
What a horrible experience! I called to make an appointment, that alone is torture. I came in a day before as they requested for a heart rate check & they informed me their CT machine broke down & they will need to reschedule me for the following week. I requested to speak to someone as I had some questions about the procedure, I was told someone would call me back, never happened. None of their billing people know anything, every time you call they give you a different answer! They send you to collections while you’re in the middle of trying to work out your invoice and giving them documentation. So unprofessional, never using them again!
Useless. They scheduled an appointment for 9 pm, knowing that there is nobody to actually perform the MRI. Rescheduled multiple times at the different locations where they don't do that MRI. The most useless organization. P.S. I'm still waiting for the phone call to schedule my first trimester ultrasound from like 2 years ago. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere
Called to schedule and appointment and spent an hour on the phone with someone who had no idea what they were doing. Complete waste of time that could have been saved by scheduling on the website. Easily the worst service I've had on a phone call EVER!
