They charged me $200 copay at the moment of image procedure and a month later they sent me a $100 bill. I wouldn't recommend this place. It's rip-off.
My appt was at 2… they got me in at 4:15. I got no text message updates, not that it would have totally helped. These kinds of appts are stressful enough and as clients we need to feel confident that a facility can be managed with a level of organization that matches the importance of the procedure. Terrible management. Inept staff. Waste of time. Doesnt even deserve one star.
What a horrible experience! I called to make an appointment, that alone is torture. I came in a day before as they requested for a heart rate check & they informed me their CT machine broke down & they will need to reschedule me for the following week. I requested to speak to someone as I had some questions about the procedure, I was told someone would call me back, never happened. None of their billing people know anything, every time you call they give you a different answer! They send you to collections while you’re in the middle of trying to work out your invoice and giving them documentation. So unprofessional, never using them again!
