Traffic in the area is absolutely horrible. Takes longer to get to the apartment once you get to 29 off 35 then it does to get to 29 from downtown Austin
I was a resident at Radius Wolf Ranch for 2 years. It's a good community, typical apartment living. The Pool is always clean and is one of the best parts of the property. The difference that sets this place apart from the rest of similar mid priced apartments is the management team. Ms. Dallas Pina is outstanding manager and handles any conflict with skill. I Would recommend this property for those needing an apartment.
Dallas and her team are amazing! They are always professional, friendly, and attentive. I’ve seen some negative reviews about trash on the property, but it’s important to remember—that’s not the responsibility of the office staff or maintenance team. This is our community and our home, and it’s up to the residents to pick up after themselves. Too many people leave dog waste or trash behind, and that reflects on the residents, not the staff. Dallas sets the tone for her team—she is approachable, professional, and genuinely cares about residents.
