I had an appointment today to look at the complex, and this was in the middle of my search. My current lease doesn't end for another 90 days and I'm just getting started, so I didn't plan on making any decisions at all today. This apartment was okay when I first moved here 2 years ago, but now it’s not the same. They are towing cars for having expired registration, which is crazy because if I’m paying rent, what does my car registration have to do with parking? Not only did they tow my car, but I also have to pay almost $400 to get it back plus tax. That’s ridiculous. Don’t move here. I Can’t wait for my lease is over .
Dallas was wonderful! She answered all of our questions and was very professional!! The amenities were great!! Floor plans were laid out perfect for us!! Beautiful landscaping as well. Thanks for a delightful tour!!

I've lived here for 2 years. The staff are kind and work quickly to resolve any issues. The biggest perk is the elevator available in the building, which made life above the first floor very comfortable. I loved the pool area and the valet trash service. It's a very safe and comfortable community to live in. Rent pricing is affordable for all the wonderful amenities offered. Definitely recommend this community if you're needing a place in Georgetown.
