Leasing office staffs are aggressive. Especially, there is one named Carline whose attitude is extremely ill-bred. Never ever recommend you visiting here.
RecommendedAfter tirelessly searching for an upscale & affordable apartment in Midtown, I found exactly what I was looking for in 464 Bishop. The units are sleek and modern, parking is convenient, security is top-notch, and the amenities (pool, rooftop, fitness center, package retrieval system) can't be beat. Would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming complex.
464 Bishop is not only my home but my oasis in the city. I can always find a place to relax whether it’s on my terrace, by the pool, or on the rooftop. The pool and fountain bring this place a good zen type vibes. Also the clubhouse and cyber lounge make it easy to entertain and work from home. The community of residents are cool people. The staff is like a family to us all. Always checking in to gather feedback and to see how they can better the community.
Been here going on 5 months now. Ended up leasing the same day I saw the unit. Perfect location for me without actually being in the city, but still within walking distance to the city. Beautiful roof top views of the entire skyline and my balcony quiet neighborhood easily accessible to Marta station. Staff is great friendly and inviting nothing worse then going to a leasing office feeling like you can’t talk to the agents there great. I was the 7th resident to move into this building and have been here practically since opening. Prior to move in, I toured a total of 3 times, although I knew the first time this would be my new home. The staff have been overwhelmingly accommodating to my every request and needs and have done their jobs effortlessly all-the-while remaining courteous and professional (even when I kept returning to tour again and again). Without a doubt, the property is beautiful. But I must be honest. That’s not enough. For $2300 per month, I have high expectations. They really cut corners. The appliances are substandard. I have had my (compact though they told me it they were full size) washer and dryer replaced and repaired multiple times in only 6 weeks of living here. There is VERY LOW water pressure. 25 minutes to fill the bathtub and how could the hot water run out in a building with 200 units??? I also have some concerns about safety.
