I’ve lived in a few different apartments, and this one has definitely been one of the best. The management team is very responsive and easy to work with, and the maintenance staff is always quick, professional, and helpful whenever something comes up. Overall it’s been a great place to live, and I have appreciated how well everything is taken care of!
I've lived here for a little over two years and plan to re-sign a lease for another year. This is my far my best apartment-living experience. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and fun. Management and the maintenance team are responsive, friendly, and efficient. The building itself is very safe too. The pool is nice. The location is great! Very walkable to the Katy trail and restaurants yet the area is quiet. The apartments are reasonably priced for the area and finishes. There is a large fenced in dog park and the property is very secure. Management and maintenance are very responsive and helpful and my neighbors are very friendly and respectful. If you are sensitive to noise I would only recommend the top floor being that it is not a high rise some noise does travel. This is my 4th year living here. I love the location of this apartment more than anything. Close to Katy trail and tons of restaurants, coffee, yoga, etc. The huge dog park is a plus for my pup and management/maintenance is very responsive.
