Since living here it has been a great peaceful experience. The neighborhood is convenient and close to everything you need and the apartments provide good value for space and location. However, the complex had a takeover where they replaced the outgoing knowledgeable and friendly staff with incompetent antisocial management and leasing staff completely changing the vibe of the complex. I’ve lived in a few different apartments, and this one has definitely been one of the best. The management team is very responsive and easy to work with, and the maintenance staff is always quick, professional, and helpful whenever something comes up. Overall it’s been a great place to live, and I have appreciated how well everything is taken care of!
I've lived here for a little over two years and plan to re-sign a lease for another year. This is my far my best apartment-living experience. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and fun. Management and the maintenance team are responsive, friendly, and efficient. The building itself is very safe too. The pool is nice.
