You get what you pay for. I've been living at Legends at Dunwoody for nearly 2 years, and I'm fairly certain I'll be leaving at the end of this lease. The apartments are OK, especially for the cost; I'm paying just over $900/mo for a 1250 sq. ft 2br2ba unit, which is certainly on the lower end to be as close to the Perimeter business district as it is.
