I live directly across from the clubhouse and pool. I have had to call the police several times for noise issues and parties with dozens and dozens of trespassers. I am moving out as soon as my lease is up.
I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now, and I'm very disappointed. The tour of the property I took before moving in was amazing. Great amenities, secure entry, nice fitness center, etc. so I moved in. From that day on the parking lot has been under construction, and the gates are wide open! No security. No cameras. Just people waking up for work with no rims or tires on there car. So much for security. Oh, and the office staff never answers the phone. I just love the Radius! From the location to the awesome Radius community, I couldn't have picked a better place to call home! The amenities are great, the staff is friendly and helpful and most importantly I have a great sense of security!
I love this community. Everything from the design of the apartments, to the accommodations (including on of the most impressive apartment weight rooms I've seen), to the friendly staff, this place is exceptional. Add on the fact that I got a great deal for the area, and I would want to live nowhere else!
I love this apartment complex! The staff is so great and helpful. The complex is always kept up with and looking nice. The pool area is beautiful and the weight room is one of the best I've seen in an apartment complex. To top it all off the staff holds great and enjoyable events at least every month. Great place to live, highly recommend!

Absolutely love living here! It's very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very nice and personable (even know me by first name whenever I walk in the front office, which you don't see very often these days). Very nice apartments and extremely convenient to pretty much anything you could ever need or want.
